ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the Internet and video processing technology, network videos increase dramatically, pornographic and violent camera lens also are mixed in, resulting in a significant negative impact on people, especially minors. Preventing objectionable video content to spread on the network will become an important task of purifying the Internet. Need to increase to more effective monitoring and control of network video content. Obscene information detection based on video content gradually becomes a new research focus.
