ABSTRACT
In view of the particularity of the knowledge in restricted domain, this paper revolves the theories and technologies of QA system to study, including the construction of domain knowledge base of computer network curriculum, frequently-asked question (FAQ) collection and organization, problem classification, sentence similarity calculation and answer extraction. We discuss the following aspects: (1) According to the characteristics of domain knowledge, we design domain knowledge base presentation and construction method by means of ontological thinking; (2) We improve the efficiency of automatic question answering system by means of the FAQ collection, presentation and classification; (3) Using domain knowledge characteristics and problem classification rules, we design the classification methods of question sentence in domain knowledge in order to reduce the search scope of candidate problems and improve the accuracy of locating answers; (4) We improve the matching precision of question sentences by studying the similarity calculation method of Chinese question sentences in restricted domain.
