ABSTRACT

In recent years, nitrogenous drug intermediates are growing rapidly that can be synthesized many sorts of drug. N-ethyl-anisidine is an important drug intermediates which can be widely used in intermediates of pharmaceutical industy, surfactant and textile auxiliary. Now N-alkylation method always adopt, but the resource of its initial raw materials are difficult to obtain, Production costs is high, meanwhile prcess route is high temperatue and high pressure, and response condition is harsh. This resarch is based on the refference [1-4] and cheap raw material of m-aminophenol, after its experience of two reaction steps as N-enthylize and O-methylation, under extremly temperate reaction condition, object production was gained. Its chemical reaction mechanism is as below:

2.1 Instruments and reagents

Fu Liye infrared spectrometer 550 II (USA, LiGaoni); counter balance TM-100B; JJ-1 precision electric mixer; electric heating constant temperature water bath (SenXin experimental apparatus Co., Ltd. Shanghai); ammonia phenol (CP, Beijing Chemical Plant);

dibromoethane (CP, Shanghai Chemical Reagent Factory); dimethyl sulfate (CP, Xinhua Active material Research Institute).
