ABSTRACT

The rise of Industrial technology innovation strategy alliance has changed the boundary of traditional enterprise, but not all the alliances can obtain expected performance. The report showed that the failure rate of alliances is 40%–70%[1]. And the failure was mostly attributed to the lack of mutual trust[2]. The cooperation relationship between alliance partners is essentially based on the commitment for the future behavior. The commitment can be regulated in public, also can be reached by tacit ways. In alliances, only mutual trust and all the parties keep their promises, can the alliances obtain due performances and enhance the competitive advantage of the parties, so as to lay a solid foundation for common development. In the industrial technology innovation strategy alliance, the trust relationship between enterprises and university is no exception. Therefore, studying the factors that influence the trust is very necessary.
