ABSTRACT
With the development of modern aircraft design, aircraft’s aerodynamic layout often cannot meet the requirements of stability, and the designers sometimes even intend to make it an unstable system. In this situation, the flight stability augmentation control system with good performance is necessary to realize ideal flight qualities. Various control methods are applied to the attitude controller for aircraft, such as adaptive control, robust control and optimal control (Ali 2006, Hwang 2006).
