ABSTRACT

Crank and connecting rod mechanism is an important part of an internal combustion engine, that it to do high-speed reciprocates under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the force is very complicated, In addition, its geometry, material properties, weight are different, therefore, the kinetic analysis has always been the important and difficult for engine design [1,2]. Study on the kinematics and dynamics of the crank trains, it can built a clear understanding of motion, in order to better product design and performance analysis.
