ABSTRACT

In spaceborne and airborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) system studying, moving target detection (MTI) technology is an important part. Missile-borne SAR/MTI technology since the 1980s continue to develop and be perfect. SAR technology of the high range resolution obtained through the LFMP compression. High azimuth resolution is achieved by the coherent processing of the relative motion that is between SAR and object with the echo signal. If the imaging scene exist unknown way of movement of the target, conventional SAR imaging methods can not work properly, resulting in the fuzzy image and orientation offset of the moving objects. Moving target detection and realization need to achieve Doppler frequency characteristics and try to re-focus imaging[1]. Using time-frequency analysis method to estimate the Doppler frequency and Doppler center frequency of the moving target is currently one of the hot spots. This paper analyzes detection effects of missile-borne SAR moving target with WVHT and detection simulation of point moving target with WVHT by using MATLAB.
