ABSTRACT
Information management is the basis of today’s socioeconomic and social development, water resources and environment management information is the foundation and an important symbol of the modernization of water management. With the economic development and the advancement of technology, the importance of water management information construction is gradually revealed. In recent years, in the process of rapid development of the water industry, information technology, construction of a large number of applications, but there have been a number of common problems, and became the bottleneck of development. These issues are as follows: dispersed sources of information, integration and sharing difficulties, duplicate construction, module reuse with difficulties and other problems, it is difficult to meet the demand of the development of water industry.
