ABSTRACT
The approach to rebuilt matrix operators formation based on their concept through a common spectral core (p×p=2×2), that allows infinite set of functions with fast transform algorithms basis systems obtaining is covered in (Solodovnicov & Spivakovsky 1986). Therewith the spectral operator matrix is presented in a factorized form:
