ABSTRACT

The residual levels of RBT ( 1 5x x ) are taken as diagnostic types to be recognized. While determining diagnosis of residual life of diamond crown for specific drilling facilities, following

basic mode and technological parameters are taken into account being measured in the process of drilling mode (possible range of used

parameter variations is parenthesized): 1y is

crown load H (800-1200 kgf); 2y is rotational

frequency of the crown  (13.6-20 1c ); 3y is circulation rate Q (25-100 liters per minute);

4y is drilling speed V (0.24-0.99 meters per hour); 5y is sink rate per rotation h (0,044-

0,108 mm per rotation); 6y is drilling depth L (1000-2000 m); 7y is drilling time T (2-30 hours); 8y is trip time cT (1-30 hours); 9y is G rock category (8-10 с.u.); 10y is diamond

number k (7,77-14,6 karat); 11y is single-point diamond diameter D (1,55-1,9 mm); and 12y is the diamond price S (47-90UAH).
