ABSTRACT
A total of 24 single shear screwed connection specimens were tested using transient state test method. The specimen design and specimen labeling are identical to those of the steady state tests conducted byYan and Young (2012). All the screwed connection tests were conducted using the same MTS machine and test rig as those of the bolted connection tests conducted by Yan and Young (2011a).
