ABSTRACT
Autodesk Moldflow program is showing all phases of the process, and indicating the potential hazards of the process and its possible impact on the quality of the manufactured part. These include the analysis of the filling time of the mold, the injection pressure, the pressure drop during the process, the temperature of the front of flowing material, the orientation of the surface of the molding, the average temperature of the molding, the time to obtain a molding temperature allowing the product for removal from the injection mold cavity, areas of rapid solidification, shrinkage of molding, air traps, weld lines, locations of possible subsidence, differences in molding temperature, cooling time and its spread, distortions associated with the molding cooling temperature differences and molding contraction.
