ABSTRACT
Energy approach for the analysis of geomechanical processes in the working area of the roadway-enclosing strata and justification of rigid support parameters (including frame-anchor systems) are proposed. The outcomes of underground instrumental observations in vertical and horizontal mine workings are described that confirm competence of such approach.
