ABSTRACT
A pilot heat pump power plant that utilizes the mine water waste heat for mine’s hot water supply system on “Blagodatna” mine that belongs to PC “DTEK Pavlogradugol” has been designed and built. The results of the experimental research of the heat pump plant have been shown that the measured values of the heat transfer agent volume flow rate in the circuits, temperatures and plant’s heat rate well agreed with the calculated values. The real value of the performance coefficient of the heat pump modules calculated experimentally is 3.5.
