ABSTRACT
In response to changing health needs and expectations of populations, and the priorities and policies of governments and health authorities, health care professions are continually reappraising the services they offer. In many parts of the world, pharmacy’s professional bodies, researchers and practitioners have been evaluating services to assist in the development of strategies for future provision.
