ABSTRACT
By these results [i.e. Hume’s answers to what Popper called Hume’s ‘logical’ and ‘psychological’ problems] Hume himself – one of the most rational minds ever – was turned into a sceptic and, at the same time, into a believer: a believer in an irrationalist epistemology.
