ABSTRACT
The increasing complexity of sustainable development processes makes it necessary to intensify the collaboration between parties to ensure effective, committed and enduring change. This applies to the development of government policies and also to business strategies for sustainability. The research questions of this study were formulated as:
1 How does the complex and broadening range of sustainability issues affect policy processes for governments and businesses?
