ABSTRACT
Speaking at Heinz Koeppler’s funeral service in Sussex on Friday April 6, 1979, Tim Slack had said: ‘Just three hours ago I was told by his family that he has left the major part of his estate to the Academic Council of Wilton Park to use as they see fit in the furtherance of the aims and objects of Wilton Park. We are enormously grateful for this final act of generosity.’
