Police received a report of a missing 7-year-old black female. She reportedly went missing from school. Her mother came
home from work at about 5:00

. She realized that her daughter was missing and called her sister, who lived in the same building, to inquire whether or not her daughter was with her. The mother, who was extremely upset, immediately called 9-1-1 to make the report. However, by the time she called the police, school had been dismissed for the day.
