ABSTRACT
There is little doubt that IT is an important and frequently vital enabler of supply chain improvement. By looking at these projects, we hope to draw broader lessons on the subject of supply chain project management. And there is certainly a great deal written on the subject of IT project management, much of it describing project failures and other shortcomings.
