ABSTRACT
From school plays, outings, clubs and gardens to PTAs, staff committees and looking after class pets, there is no end to the extra commitments you may be cajoled into making. It is also no coincidence that NQTs often get asked to do extra jobs; existing staff have been there and done that and now say 'Sorry, I don't have time to take anything else on.'
