ABSTRACT
While it is possible for an individual teacher to develop a personalised learning programme in his or her own classroom, it is much more likely to be successful if there is a wholeschool approach. The school needs to have a vision of what personalised learning is all about that has been discussed and agreed by all staff. The vision needs to be widely shared and to be based on shared values.
