On these crosses were placed symbols for movement of the torso and limbs. Supports (steps) were placed at the base, either side of the center line, shown as'S' in 766b. Next to these were written gestures of the legs in the air, shown as 'G'. The line 'x-x' divided the upper part of the body from the lower. At 'B' were written movements of the body, and at '/\ movements of the arms. 766b
