A modified framework of customer-related proactiveness during the development process

This chapter presents a cross-case analysis of the innovations studied. The building blocks of the initial framework are analyzed separately by comparing the cases with each other. Disparities and similarities are discussed, and the chapter ends with the presentation of a modified framework.
