ABSTRACT

The last chapter provides an outlook on contemporary Mexico and the influence that this kind of research exercises in a society that has been dominated by the revolutionary myth for most of the twentieth century. It also points out possible new research areas for the future, such as the global impact of the Mexican Revolution or the interconnection of thought and practice between Mexican actors and revolutionaries in other countries, such as Cuba or the United States. It subsumes the argument and reveals repeating patterns in the creation of radical social movement in Mexico.
