ABSTRACT
More and more today the security professional must be an accomplished businessperson as well as a security practitioner. The role of the security manager/director has evolved in the past 20 years. He or she must be as comfortable with preparing financial spreadsheets and developing budgets as well as with conducting investigations and managing security personnel.
