ABSTRACT
Hofer left to study pharmacy at the University of Washington and was graduated in 1993. Her mother’s youngest sister was a pharmacist and a big influence on her career decision. “I knew I wanted to be a mom and pharmacy was appealing to me because of its flexible schedules, including less than full-time hours.”
