ABSTRACT
Children are our most precious gift in society and all decent parents realize their responsibility in raising and protecting their children from harm. There is nothing more disturbing to an investigator than the murder of a child. This is especially true when the murder is a sex-related event. Sadly, many children become victims of sex-related homicides perpetrated by the very persons who are supposed to protect them from evil.
