ABSTRACT
This chapter opens with a summary of some key concepts in team dynamics as they relate to problem solving. The problem-solving cycle will be discussed because most of us recycle problems without really resolving them. The process improvement cycle and some of the issues involved will be emphasized, and a flow chart to show the continual improvement cycle will be introduced.
