Eliyahu Goldratt introduced an integrated problem-solving tool set loosely known as the “Theory of Constraints” (TOC) in the early 1990s. For those people who are already familiar with the TOC methods, this chapter is intended to show how TRIZ and TOC integrate very naturally.
