ABSTRACT
There is a saying used in the Army CID regarding documentation: “If it’s not written down, it didn’t happen.” Analysis and reconstruction demand this type of thinking whenever possible. No matter how good the evaluation and subsequent reconstruction, without documentation that allows us to share those efforts the evaluation may be for naught.
