Stalking has captured the attention of the American public. We have all witnessed an explosion in awareness regarding the issues pertaining to stalking. A week does not pass without another breaking news story from somewhere about someone being stalked. College campuses large and small have not escaped the nefarious popularity of the stalking phenomenon. What was once seen as a benign anti-social behavior has erupted into an everyday occurrence dramatized by bold headlines and “film at eleven.”
