ABSTRACT
These drugs are not necessarily drugs of abuse, but can be prescription medications. In addition,
at least 15.9% of drivers, in some areas, are under the influence of marijuana at the time of the crash, though what the significance of specific levels of the active ingredients of marijuana means is not known at the present time, just that the active ingredients of marijuana are detectable in the blood.
