ABSTRACT

Aristotelian philosophy and ancient Chinese thinking teach us that everything has a direct opposite; day and night, white and black, male and female, good and evil, attacker and victim, yin and yang. This is the balance of nature. Everything must be balanced. When a person is feeling out of sorts, a little sick, it is because something in his body is out of balance. The balance must be restored before the person begins feeling well again. To gain that balance, the human immune system and chemistry must go in a complete cycle and return to homeostasis (normal).
