ABSTRACT
The next major set of exceptions to the hearsay rule we must examine relates to printed materials from books, journals, and similar items. The first of these rules, which relates to commercial publications used by those in particular occupations, is closely related to the concepts regarding judicial notice, as discussed in Chapter 11.
