As the section heading states, Part III presents suggestions and hints for expert witnesses, based largely on my own experience as a trial lawyer.
If you are presenting your direct testimony as a response to a hypothetical question, then as discussed earlier in Chapter 9, you have to follow the rules regarding such questions. And, of course, you need to help the attorney draft the question.
