ABSTRACT
In Chapter 2, we looked at the three spheres of Lean leadership. Because we are now at a stage whereby we have the key performance metrics in place along with a strategic framework, we are now in good shape with regards to the focus and direction sphere, at least at a senior level. We can now work on the other two spheres of values and behaviors and tools and techniques by establishing a performance hub for the senior team.
