ABSTRACT
The project hub folder contains the standard layout for the project hub, along with all the documentation and templates that sit under the OSCR (organization, situation, complication, solution) headings. You’ll find the outline deployment plan here as well. Within the right metrics folder, you will find the “Seeing the whole” file, this contains all of the templates discussed that will help you to identify the right metrics, including the SIPOC (suppliers, inputs, process, outputs, customer), the VOC (voice of customer) interpretation template, and the Needs/Measures Analysis template.
