ABSTRACT
This chapter continues where the last chapter stopped in building a strategy map. Figure 11.1 is the same strategy format that we have seen in the previous chapters, but in this chapter we will focus on the last three columns of the lower half of the map. This is where we take our vision and mission statements and our priorities and goals and drill down on them, looking for a meaningful execution plan. We will go through this exercise by taking one priority at a time and developing it through the remaining three columns.
