ABSTRACT

What was true in Henry Ford’s day is exponentially true today. The level of competition has risen from local to global, placing enormous stress on both the private and the public sectors alike. The ability to accurately identify barriers to success, define the strategies to overcome those barriers, and then focus the limited resources that every organization has on executing those strategies is what differentiates the organization that controls its future from the one that fails.
