ABSTRACT
TEXAS Outside of California, the next state in line in which gang injunctions have become a tool to target gangs is Texas. In 1995, a Texas law was enacted that allowed a court to enjoin a gang member from engaging in the organized criminal activities of a criminal combination or criminal street gang.
