ABSTRACT
Th e model uses a single multiple-server facility to represent any number of independent facilities with diff erent mean service times. On spreadsheet InitialModel, are a source, S1, a queue, Q1, and a facility, F1. Corresponding to the number of sources and facilities, there are primary event subs for job arrivals and service completions. Th e queue is divided (dynamically) into subqueues. Similarly, each server in the facility represents an independent facility. Parallel servers in F1 are values 2 and 4, corresponding to runs 1 and 2, respectively.
