ABSTRACT
Terrorist cells are secret, small teams of terroristswho operate as a group either on orders of a com-mander or independently. The cell is the fundamental unit of a terrorist group. Cell operations and their members are the least understood part of terrorism. Their operations are always secret and never seen, until they attack.
