ABSTRACT
Intelligence of‚cers are the ‚rst responders charged with analyzing evidence as it surfaces at a suicide bombing site, checking it for its signi‚- cance, and then taking action to deter further suicide bombings. These intelligence of‚cers are particularly interested in ‚nding out the identity of the bomber’s cell and then catching its members.
