ABSTRACT

The Need to Evaluate Projects Let’s face it, most people know there is a need to evaluate projects. However, at the end of the day what matters is results and what we actually have time to accomplish. Most of us have competing demands for our time, money, and resources, which creates a dilemma of what to do with a project postmortem. In one sense, there may be a reluctance to conduct an after-action review at all. While, at the same time, there may be a temptation minimize the amount of effort.
