Is Lean transformation a cultural change? Yes! You will have to deal with lots of politics as you move through your transformation. The dissension level you go through will be directly related to how much politics there are in your organization. We hope your company is one in which reason rules and a common goal is shared by everyone, and they are all working toward that goal. However, in reality, that is rarely the case. The more irrational the methods of management, the more politics you must deal with.
