ABSTRACT
The characteristics of the system input were introduced in the chapter on the user interface. What the system should do with the information it controls was presented in the chapter on clinical decision support (CDS). The electronic health record (EHR) output, stakeholders involved, types of reports, and related methodology issues are the subjects of this chapter.
