ABSTRACT
At the start of the 3P event it is useful to have the head of the organization or other senior person kick it off with an opening greeting that sets the tone and expectations for the event. It does not need to be long, but a sincere statement of expectations and confidence in the desired outcome can be empowering to a team new to 3P.
