ABSTRACT
Perpetuating the 3P benefits after the event requires a new type of project team that includes some degree of active involvement from the original participants. As mentioned, some companies maintain the original participants as full-time members of the ongoing project team. Most of the time the next steps are predominantly engineering intensive, and without possessing those skills, it is unnecessary to keep a full-time team made up of the other stakeholders fully occupied. So how do you keep them actively involved on a part-time basis? Again, there is no textbook answer, but routine communication and progress reviews are a must.
