ABSTRACT
Pete swung the rental car across two lanes of traffic into the entrance to St. Lucia’s Hospital and curved around the circle and into the parking garage, finding a convenient spot right on the first floor. CEO Frank Kent had come through, as promised. Frank had contacted CEO Joan Jarrett to arrange for them to benchmark St. Lucia’s 3P program. What’s more, Joan herself was waiting in the lobby to greet the team. Pete had brought five other team members with him: Dave, Ken, Mary, George, and Brenda.
